Questions and answers
Is Tauvio free?
The stopwatch, timer, countdown, hours calculator and timesheet are free to use with no account and no usage limit. Only PDF and CSV export, saved weeks and the employee roster are paid.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Nothing on the site requires a sign-up. An account only exists if you buy Tauvio Pass or Tauvio Teams, so your purchase can be restored on another device.
Does Tauvio work offline?
The tools run client-side, so once a page has loaded it keeps working without a connection. Saving a purchase or loading a new page still needs the network.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's local storage, on the device you used. Clearing site data removes it, and it is not synced between devices unless you export it yourself.
Which tool should I use to work out hours worked?
Use the hours calculator for one person's week of clock-in and clock-out times. Use the timesheet when you need several named weeks or several people in one document.
